IMPORTANT: Once you start your assessment you MUST complete it in its entirety(though if you are disconnected, you’ll have the opportunity to login again if you call back immediately). If you do not complete the assessment in one sitting, your results will be “un-ratable” and you may have to wait 6 months to be reassessed. During this 6-month period, you will not be allowed to open accounts or take applications in a non-English language. You will have to engage the Language Interpretation Services/Language Line for these interactions.
