Employee Opt-Out Request

If you believe you have received the request to take a language assessment in error or if you do not plan to speak and/or write to customers in the language indicated in the email, please opt out of taking the assessment by completing the information below.

Select an appropriate reason for not taking the assessment:

Employee is no longer with the bank
Employee has transferred to a new role
Employee is in a role that does not require NEL verbal or written certification
Employee is not interested in completing a verbal or written proficiency assessment
